Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of career maturity of 10th grade students in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Palembang. This research focuses on the super theory that uses life-career rainbow. This research uses is a quantitative descriptive approach with survey method. Data collection technique used is a questionnaire consisting of six aspects, namely: career planning, career exploration, knowledge in making decision, knowledge about the world of work, knowledge about the preferred working group, and career realization. The population in this study is the student of 10th grade of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Palembang which amounted to 275 people. Sample in this research amounted 84 people selected by using purposive sampling technique. The results of data analysis showed that 56 percent of students of 10th grade have a high career maturity.
