Abstract

Pada sistem distribusi tegangan menengah 20 kV, sering ditemui gangguan hubung singkat, tercatat pada periode bulan Desember 2021 sampai Februari 2022 terjadi gangguan hubung singkat sebanyak 122 kali pada penyulang parangtritis. Dikarenakan hal ini, PT.PLN Persero merencanakan pemasangan rele proteksi tambahan berupa recloser guna memperkecil daerah padam akibat gangguan. Dikarenakan seringnya penyulang ini mengalami gangguan dan ditambah pemasangan rele proteksi tambahan sehingga diperlukan evaluasi dan perhitungan ulang terhadap nilai setting dan koordinasi rele pada penyulang parangtritis. Untuk itu, penulis akan membahas tentang koordinasi proteksi rele arus lebih dan gangguan tanah pada penyulang parangtritis jurusan Muara Kuang gardu hubung Tanjung Raja. Dimana setting low set ditetapkan berdasarkan 1,2 arus beban dan high set berdasarkan arus gangguan hubung singkat. Dari hasil perhitungan, untuk rele arus lebih didapatkan nilai setting pada penyulang parangtritis sebesar 139,2 A dengan TMS 0,336. Pada Jurusan Tanjung Raja sebesar 139,2 A dengan TMS 0,19. Pada Jurusan Muara Kuang sebesar 91,2 A dengan TMS 0,099. Pada recloser sebesar 40,8 A dengan TMS 0,00368. Untuk rele gangguan tanah didapatkan nilai setting pada penyulang parangtritis sebesar 27,4 A dengan TMS 0,305. Pada Jurusan Tanjung Raja sebesar 24,627 dengan TMS 0,21. Pada Jurusan Muara Kuang sebesar 16,15 dengan TMS 0,13. Pada recloser sebesar 12,564 dengan TMS 0,04. Kata kunci: Gangguan Hubung Singkat, Proteksi Rele, Rele Arus Lebih, Rele Gangguan Tanah   ABSTRACT COORDINATION ANALYSIS OF OVERCURRENT RELAY PROTECTION AND GROUND FAULT RELAY IN PARANGTRITIS FEEDERS, DEPARTMENT OF MUARA KUANG SUBSTATION CIRCUIT OF TANJUNG RAJA (Dimas Agung Habibullah A.S, 03041381823093, 2022) In the 20 kV medium voltage distribution system, short circuits are often encountered, recorded in the period from December 2021 to February 2022, there were 122 short circuits in the parangtritis feeder. Because of this, PT. PLN Persero plans to install additional protection relays in the form of reclosers to minimize outages due to disturbances. Due to the frequent disturbances in this feeder, additional protection relays are installed, so an evaluation and recalculation of the value of setting and relay coordination on the parangtritis feeder is required. For this reason, the author will discuss the coordination of overcurrent relay protection and ground faults at the Parangtritis feeder in the Muara Kuang direction at the Tanjung Raja connection substation. Where the low set setting is based on 1.2 load current and the high set is based on short circuit fault current. From the calculation results, for the overcurrent relay, the setting for the parangtritis feeder is 139.2 A with a TMS of 0.336. In the Tanjung Raja Department of 139.2 A with a TMS of 0.19. In the Muara Kuang Department of 91.2 A with a TMS of 0.099. On the recloser of 40.8 A with a TMS of 0.00368.
