Abstract

This study aims to (1) to describe the implementation of the rice Farming Insurance Business Insurance program in Pulo Kerto Village, (2) to analyze farmers perceptions of the rice farming insurance program ini Pulo Kerto Village, (3) to analyze what factors affect farmers' willingness to pay rice farming business insurance premiums in Pulokerto Village. The research methods used are survey methods and data collection methods using interview methods with the help of questionnaires. The research was conducted in August-September 2021 with a total of 40 respondents. The data processing methods use tabulatif analysis and described descriptively and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS applications. The results showed that the implementation of the Rice Farmer Business Insurance program in Pulokerto village was in accordance with the stages of the Rice Farmer Business Insurance program, namely the registration process and the claim process. The perception of farmers in Pulokerto Village has a fairly good score on the Rice Farmer Insurance program with an average score of 2,92, meaning that farmers receive quite well of this program. Factors that have a significant effect on the willingness to pay are crop failure, land status, and income. While variable age, education, the number of family, and land area, and education did not have a significant effect on the willingness to pay.
