Abstract

The Talang Kelapa Sector Police (Polsec) is a police agency in the Talang Kelapa sub-district, Banyuasin, South Sumatera. Based on the results of the analysis that the authors conducted at the Talang Kelapa Police, the authors found problems in the manual complaint system and the lack of information on technology in the Polsec to the public. Therefore, this study aims to create a Website-Base Online Public Case Complaint Service Application at the Talang Kelapa Police to simplify and speed up the complaint process and provide information services for the community. This application uses the SDLC ( System Development Life Cycle) method. In the complaint application. It can be managed by admin. Staff, head and can be accessed by the public.
