Abstract

Research has been carried out on the development of vibration monitoring on induce draft fan utilizing the ADXL345 accelerometer sensor using fast fourier transform (FFT) method based on Labview. Measurements using a monitoring system are useful for reducing the risk of excessive vibration in the engine. This accelerometer sensor will be used to measure the occurrence in the induced draft fan unit 2 of PT PLN (Persero). Design of the accelerometer sensor uses NodeMCU ESP8266 as amicrocontroller which will process and send data to be displayed in labview software form of graphs actual data. Measurement data made from accelerometer sensor will be display from time domain graphs and FFT stable values for testing comparisons made with standard tools having 99,9% precision and 91,9% accuracy. Measurement of bearing induced draft fan results in a fairly good tool characteristic test and can measure vibration of bearing induced draft fan well up to WiFi range of 80 meters, and found the condition misalignment frequency spectrum on bearing ID Faan monitoring.
