Abstract
Adolescent Care Health Service (PKPR) is a service that is specifically intended for adolescents in order to achieve optimal health status. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of PKPR experienced several obstacles, such as changes in the flow of services, a decrease in the number of youth participation, and the implementation of the program was not maximal. This study aims to implement the PKPR program using the CIPP approach. This research is a qualitative research with 9 informants consisting of 4 health workers, 3 teenagers, and 2 UKS responsible. The data were obtained from interviews, observations, and document review. Then the data were analyzed using content analysis through three stages, namely data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on PKPR implementation indicators have met the standards aimed at overcoming adolescent problems. In the input indicators, several obstacles were found, such as the team that was formed had not received training, and did not have a special PKPR room. In the indicators for the implementation of PKPR during the pandemic, there are still many obstacles to the implementation of several outside activities such as coaching peer counselors, youth screening, and program socialization, as well as increasing youth participation in participating in the program. Product indicators are quite good because Puskesmas Plaju has implemented a routine recording and reporting system and the implementation of PKPR is able to increase adolescent knowledge about health. The conclusion in this study is that during the Covid-19 pandemic the Puskesmas Plaju continued to run the PKPR, but its implementation was not optimal and several obstacles and obstacles were found. The advice that can be given to the Plaju Health Center is to utilize the use of digital technology to reach teenagers during the Covid-19 pandemic.
