Abstract

Ringkasan Skripsi ini berjudul “Partisipasi ibu-ibu hamil dalam pelaksanaan program pelayanan kesehatan kelas ibu hamil (Studi pada posyandu desa Duren Ijo Kecamatan Banyuasin 1 Kabupaten Banyuasin)” Partisipasi dalam program kesehatan merupakan keikutsertaan seluruh anggota masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan mereka sendiri, Dalam hal ini, masyarakat sendirilah yang aktif memikirkan, merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi program kesehatan masyarakatnya, termasuk program kelas ibu hamil . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami tentang sejauh mana partisipasi ibu-ibu hamil dalam pelaksanaan program pelayanan kesehatan kelas ibu hamil di Desa Duren Ijo Kecamatan Banyuasin 1 Kabupaten Banyuasin. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif , serta menggunakan strategi penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan wawancara dan obeservasi yang di lakukan di lapangan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi ibu-ibu hamil dalam program kelas ibu hamil di posyandu Desa Duren Ijo masih kurang , faktanya ibu-ibu hamil yang berpartisipasi dalam program ini hanya mau ikut-ikutan saja serta hanya mau diperiksa kondisi kesehatannya dan juga ingin meminta susu dan vitamin nya saja yang diberikan oleh pihak posyandu sebagai pelaksana program kelas ibu hamil. Summary This thesis is entitled "Participation of pregnant women in the implementation of health service programs for pregnant women (Study in posyandu Duren Ijo village Banyuasin District 1 Banyuasin Regency)" Participation in health programs is the participation of all members of the community in solving their own health problems, In this case, it is the community itself that actively thinks about, plans, implements, and evaluates its public health programs, including maternal class programs. pregnant. The purpose of this study is to find out and understand about the extent of pregnant women's participation in the implementation of the pregnant women's class health service program in Duren Ijo Village, Banyuasin District 1 Banyuasin Regency. Methods in research use qualitative methods with qualitative descriptive approaches, as well as using case study research strategies. The data collection techniques in this study are with in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on interviews and obeservasi conducted in the field, the results of the study showed that the participation of pregnant women in the pregnant women's class program in Posyandu Duren Ijo Village is still lacking, in fact pregnant women who participate in this program only want to participate and only want to be checked for health conditions and also want to ask for food and vitamins provided by posyandu as the executor of the pregnant women class program.
