Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Strategi Humas BNN Sumatera Selatan dalam Menyosialisasikan Program Desa Bersinar di Kelurahan 29 Ilir”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan Humas Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dalam menyosialisasikan pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba melalui Program Desa Bersianar di Kelurahan 29 Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori strategi humas oleh Ronald D. Smith (2017:62). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dengan 3 informan kunci dan 3 informan tambahan, observasi non partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi humas yang dilakukan humas Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dalam menyosialisasikan pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba melalui Program Desa Bersianar di Kelurahan 29 Ilir telah menjalankan empat tahapan dalam strategi humas yakni fase Formative Research, fase Strategy, fase Tactics, dan fase Evaluative Research.
