Abstract

Pengujian tap merupakan metode analisis modal secara eksperimental yang banyak diterapkan pada sistem mesin perkakas dengan tujuan untuk mengekstrak informasi harmonik struktur dari fungsi respons frekuensi..Untuk tahapan pengujian palu impuls nya senidiri yang di lakukan terdiri dari perancangan dan pemodelan, fabrikasi sistem mekanikal dan instalasi sistem elektrikal, pembuatan algoritma atau pengaturan sistem akuisisi data analisis, dan pengujian beserta kalibrasi dengan prosedur standar. Pengujian prototipe palu impuls yang memiliki dua tipe ujung palu, yaitu berbahan plastik keras dan yang berbahan karet yang memiliki kekerasan yang berbeda. Perbandiangan tingkat kekerasan dari kedua bahan mempengaruhi besar harga gaya impak (Fpeak) maksimum dan lebar durasi waktu. Semakin keras ujung palu, semakin tinggi harga gaya impak dan durasi waktu yang kecil serta semakin lunak ujung palu, semakin rendah harga gaya impak dan durasi waktu yang lebar.
