Abstract

The aim of this research was to study Micro mineral status of swamp grass This research was held in animal feed and nutritionin South Sumatera. Laboratory of Sriwijaya University and Dairy cattle nutrition laboratory of Bogor Agriculture University. Four grass consists of 3 swamp grass (Hymenachne. amplexicaulis, Oryza rufipogon dan Ischaemum rogosum) and king grass were analyzed to determined its macro mineral concentration using AAS method. Results shows that generally status of macro mineral of swamp grass were adequate for ruminantia nutrition compared to king grass.
