Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul Perspektif Hukum Pidana Terhadap Pengaturan Skor/match fixing yang Terjadi di Sepakbola Indonesia yang membahas permasalahan pengaturan skor/ match fixing atau manipulasi hasil pertandingan yang terjadi di sepakbola. Skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan penggunaan data sekunder berupa pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan Ditinjau dari perbuatannya Pengaturan Skor/ Match fixing dapat di kategorikan sebagai tindak pidana Suap yang dikodifikasi didalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 tahun 1980 tentang Tindak Pidana Suap serta Mengenai pertanggungjawaban pidana pelaku bisa bertanggungjawab dengan perbuatannya yang merugikan serta terpenuhinya syarat subyektif untuk dapat di pidananya seseorang yang meliputi 3 unsur yaitu kemampuan bertanggungjawab, kesengajaan dan kealpaan, dan tidak ada alasan pemaaf. Kata Kunci: Pengaturan skor/matchfixing, sepakbola, Suap
