Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of government spending, tax revenue, Gross National Income on Human Development Index in Asean + 3. The data used in this study is panel data consisting of cross section data, data of 13 Asean+ 3 countries and time series data, data from 2006-2020. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression of panel data with Random Effect Model approach. The results showed that government spending had a positive effect and significant on the Human Development Index, tax revenues had a positive effect and insignificant on the Human Development Index, and Gross National Income had a positive effect and significant on the Human Development Index in Asean+ 3 in 2006-2020.
