Abstract

Infrastructure's development by the government or private construction companies is one of the important steps in improving Indonesia economically. Construction work is a type of work that has a high risk of work's accidents and the resulting losses, especially for workers. This situation affects the quality, performance and productivity of the company's works, projects. and results. Construction companies need to be more serious about implementing OHS values and culture in the workplace. This aims to minimize the occurrence of work accidents that continue to increase in construction works nowadays. The purpose of this research is to identify any K3 cultural factors that affect the performances of construction workers and to analyze the dominant factors that influence the performance of construction workers. The type of research used is descriptive with quantitative methods and primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Based on the research, it is known that there are five factors that influence the performances of construction workers, namely: Top Management Commitment, OHS Rules and Procedures, Worker's Involvement and Communication, Worker's Competence, and Work's Environment. And it is known that the dominant factor influencing the performance of construction workers is the company providing K3 equipments.
