Abstract

Penelitian ini beijudul “Perbedaan Kapasitas V02max peserta ekstrakurikuler fiitsal dan basket pada siswa putra kelas XI se Kecamatan Ilir Barat 1 Palembang”. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada perbedaan kapasitas V02max peserta ekstrakurikuler fiitsal dan basket pada siswa putra kelas XI sekecamatan Ilir Barat 1 Palembang? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan kapasitas V02max peserta ekstrakurikuler fiitsal dan basket pada siswa putra kelas XI sekecamatan Ilir Barat 1 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian ex-postfacto dengan pendekatan deskriptif causal comparative yang terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelompok futsal dan basket. Sample penelitian ini adalah siswa putra kelas XI yang berjumlah 30 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler basket dan 30 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif, Uji Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah independent sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan data uji t independent sample test yang diperoleh ialah : uji hipotesis didapat nilai thimng < tlabei (-0,21 < 2,00) maka Hipotesis H0 : pl= p2 diterima dengan taraf kepercayaan 0,05, maka H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan Kapasitas V02max Peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal dan basket siswa putra kelas XI SMA Negeri sekecamatan Ilir Barat 1 Palembang
