Abstract

A tertiary channel became a major feature of bringing water from buildings that tap from secondary channels to tracts of rice. There are 17 tertiary channels already operating on the village's ebb and flow farm. that's well within the carrier. In the development of the carrier/waste line, many are suffering from a decline in the lack of optimum maintenance of the channel. The purpose of this study was to analyze the water supply served by a host of water irrigation irrigation canals a prosperous village of Telang Makmur, to analyze the full extent of existing delivery channels at present in a prosperous Telang Makmur village, and to recalculate the dimensions of a new channel. Primary data obtained from the conduit measurement in the field and secondary data used was taken from the BMKG first-class Palembang station. The next step would be to calculate and analyze existing capacity-dimension, each routing channel, with a data skimming taken off the court. The conduit's dimensional profile calculation USES the restriction formula. NFR scores from the calculation acquired 1.47 lt/dt/ha. The discharge plan requires water (Qr) and exhaust discharge (Qd) of each existing sliver is obtained the largest discharge on terrier 15 (TS 15) with a grid of 19.1418 ha with 0.0408 m3/ second and the largest Qd value is 0.1057 m3/ second. Calculating the capacity of the funnel to the tertiary channel (Qe) was obtained the largest discharge of 0.1738 m3/second that occurred on the tertiary channel 12. The comparative effect is that 12 tertiary channels under the condition of a broad-channel banality and therefore unsafe to discharge plan and disposal. So the channel dimension was required recalculating. The way to handle the channel by recalculating is obtained with the base width of the channel used strictly, ranging in height from 0.8.1 meters, height from 0.2-0 m (0.2-0 ft) and freeboard of 0.4 m (0.4 ft).
