Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and educational background on the performance of employees of Bank Nagari Painan Branch in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The population in this study were all employees at Bank Nagari Painan Branch, totaling 80 employees. The sample of this study amounted to 41 respondents with random sampling method. This study uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that work discipline and educational background have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Bank Nagari Painan Branch in Pesisir Selatan Regency.
