Abstract

This study is entitled "The Implemeentation of KAMPUNG BANTAR Bersih (Clean), Aman (Safe), Pintar (Smart) program in jambi city. "The Kampung BANTAR program (BANTAR Village Program) is the jambi city goverment's initiative program to accelerate development and aims to change the community's lifestyle towards where they live. Thisstu aims to identify the implementation of the kampung BANTAR (Clean, Safe, and Smart) program in the Jambi City. A descriptive qualitative method was used in this study, along with George C. Edward III's theory of policy implementation, which stated that to perceive the implementation of a policy is influenced by four factors: Communicatiion, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. This Study's findings indicate that the program's implementation has been structured and well-managed, but it is still lacking in terms of supervision. For a better implementation of the Kampung BANTAR program in the Jambi City, it is advised that the supervision carried out by the community, Women Empowerment amd Child Protection Agency of the Jambi City be further improved so that the program continues to operate
