Abstract

The Diploma III Faculty of Computer Science Information Management Study Program of Sriwijaya University is an educational institution where a questionnaire is very necessary, so far in conveying and inputting lecturer questionnaires and education personnel still has problems due to the process of disseminating information about lecturer questionnaires and education personnel in the study program Informatics management is still done manually, namely by distributing paper questionnaire forms, and the process of data retrieval of questionnaires, the satisfaction of the institutional admin in charge is very ineffective and takes a long time. Therefore the author intends to make a questionnaire application satisfaction of lecturers and educational staff on institutions in the study program of informatics management faculty of android-based computer science at Sriwijaya University using Java programming language and MySQL database so that in the process of disseminating and inputting a questionnaire about the management study program informatics can be quickly and easily organized.
