Abstract

Demam tifoid yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Salmonella Typhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepatuhan dokter terhadap standar terapi demam tifoid di Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khodijah Palembang Periode 1 Januari - 31 Desember 2010. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 24 Oktober - 31 Desember 2011 di Instalasi Rekam Medik Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khodijah Palembang dengan menggunakan studi cross sectional. Hasil: Dari 126 sampel penelitian, kepatuhan dokter terhadap standar terapi pada 111 pasien (88,1%) dan ketidakpatuhan dokter terhadap standar terapi pemilihan antibiotik pada 6 pasien (4,8%) dan pemberian antipiretik pada 9 pasien (7,1%). Kesimpulan: Kepatuhan dokter terhadap standar terapi demam tifoid di Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khodijah Palembang Periode 1 Januari - 31 Desember 2010 adalah 88,1%
