Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh independensi, objektivitas, pengalaman kerja, pengetahuan, dan integritas terhadap kualitas hasil audit internal di Kota Palembang. Penelitian dilakukan di kantor Inspektorat Kota Palembang. Metode sampling yang diterapkan dengan jumlah sampel 49 auditor internal sebagai responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Independensi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil audit, 2) Objektivitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil audit, 3) Pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil audit, 4) Pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil audit, 5) Integritas tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil audit. Kata Kunci : Independensi, Objektivitas, Pengalaman Kerja, Pengetahuan, Integritas, Kualitas Hasil Audit
