Abstract

Pengembangan Sistem Integrasi Tanaman Padi-Kerbau rawa di Gapoktan “Karya Tani” Desa Kuro Kecamatan Pampangan Development of Integration System Rice Plant Integration- Buffalo Swamp in Gapoktan “Karya Tani” Kuro Village Pampangan. Muhammad Ridwan1, Nukmal Hakim2, Elly Rosana3 Program Studi Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya Jalan Palembang-Prabumulih Km.32 Indralaya Ogan Ilir 30662 Abstract The purpose of this research are : 1) Identification of conditions for the development of the Crop-Animal Integration System by Gapoktan Karya Tani hamlet 1 in developing the Swamp-Rice Buffalo Integration System in Kuro Village, Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, 2) Identifying strategies that can be applied in developing the Swamp Rice-Buffalo Integration System at Gapoktan Karya Tani hamlet 1 in Kuro Village, Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, 3) Identifying Strategic Priorities that can be applied in developing the Swamp Rice-Buffalo Integration System at Gapoktan Karya Tani hamlet 1 in Kuro Village, Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was conducted From January to march 2019 in Kuro Village in Pampangan. The research method used in this study is analytical descriptive method and the sampling method is done by purposive sampling and taken a sample of 32 people using random methods. The result of this research are: 1) The integration system of rice-buffalo cattle carried out by Gapoktan Karya tani hamlet 1 already has a product in the form of organic fertilizer from Kuro village and straw fermentation for animal feed but Gapoktan has not been able to produce fertilizer continuously and there are still problems in composting house management activities. 2) The strategy that can be applied in developing a system of integration of swamp rice-buffalo plants is to increase the frequency of production activities by creating monthly and annual work programs in the management of compost houses, Improving the management of Compost Houses by collaborating continuously with village governments, agricultural services, and other stakeholders. through the concept of Partnership, and Improvement and Optimization of participation of Gapoktan members in each activity for the management of integration of rice-buffalo. 3)The priority strategy that can be applied in developing the integration system of Gapoktan Karya Tani rice-buffalo dusun 1 is to improve the management of the Compost House by collaborating continuously with the village government, agricultural services, and stakeholders through the partnership concept.
