Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT. Berkat Sawit Sukamaju, pada penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh karyawan PT. Berkat Sawit Sukamaju yang berjumlah 80 karyawan. Kemudian untuk data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan juga data sekunder dimana data primer didapatkan dari karyawan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder didapatkan dari data perusahaan seperti absensi, profil perusahaan dan lain sebagainya. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa locus of control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Berkat Sawit Sukamaju. Kata Kunci : Locus of Control, Kinerja Karyawan
