Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in the management of the village income and expenditure budget (APBDesa) related to the lack of transparency in each expenditure at the expense of the supported APBDes such as goods/service notes and the absence of billboards. This study aims to determine the management of the income and expenditure budget of Dabuk Rejo village. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The theory used is the Stewardship Theory, namely the village government carries out its duties in making financial accountability in the form of presenting accountable and transparent financial statements in accordance with the characteristics of financial statements (relevant, reliable, understandable and comparable). The results showed that the management of the income and expenditure budget of the Dabuk Rejo village was carried out well. In this study, the authors suggest adding some transparency to the public to make it more open.
