Abstract

The objective of this research was to study effect of Zn suplementation on ratio to native goat performance. It was held on Animal Nutrition and Feed Laboratory Of Animal Science Departement, Agriculture Faculty UNSRI and Laboratory of Dairy Cattle nutriton of IPB Bogor. Six local goat (BW 15+1.2 kg) were divided into two group and fed with ration contain forage and concentrate. Concentrate were contain corn grain and rice bran. Treatment were R1(90% forages : 10% concentrate) compare R2 (90% forages : 10% concentrate suplemented with 50 mg Zn-organic). Observed parameters were average daily gain, digestibility and status of Zn blood serum. Data were analysed statiscallyusing T-test. The result shows taht there were no significant effect on average daily gain and digestibility (P>0.05), except for Zn plasma (0,207 ppm vs 1,207 ppm). It is indicated that Biomineral Zn were enchance native goat immuno system. Key Word : native goat,biomineral Zn.
