Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil kedelai dan pergeseran gulma di pertanaman kedelai sebagai tanaman sela pada pemberian pupuk cair dan pengolahan tanah, serta untuk melihat pengaruh berbagai dosis pupuk cair dan pengolahan tanah terhadap pertumbuhan karet. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan November 2011 sampai Maret 2012 di Kebun Percontohan PT. PUSRI, Indralaya Utara Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah takaran pupuk cair (P) terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu perlakuan Po(0%), Pi(50%), P2(100%). Faktor kedua adalah perlakuan pengolahan tanah (T) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu T1 (pengolahan tanah sempurna), T2 (pengolahan tanah sederhana), T3 (tanpa pengolahan tanah), T4 (pemberian herbisida puma tumbuh tanpa pengolahan tanah). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi kedua faktor perlakuan berbeda nyata terhadap peubah hasil biji kedelai per petak dan per ha serta berat kering gulma saat panen, dan berbeda sangat nyata terhadap bobot 100 biji. Perlakuan takaran pupuk cair menunjukkan perbedaan yang sangat nyata terhadap jumlah buku subur, jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah polong isi per tanaman, jumlah dan berat biji pertanaman, berat 100 biji, hasil biji per petak dan per ha. Pengolahan tanah menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata terhadap peubah berat kering gulma 21 HST dan berbeda sangat nyata terhadap jumlah polong isi per tanaman, jumlah dan berat biji pertanaman, bobot 100 biji, hasil biji per petak dan per ha.
