Abstract

Preeklampsia merupakan penyebab tertinggi mortalitas dan morbiditas ibu bersalin selain infeksi dan perdarahan setelah melahirkan. Menurut World Health Organization, angka kejadian berkisar antara 0,51% - 38,4%. Di Indonesia frekuensi kejadian preeklampsia sekitar 3 — 10%. Pada wanita hamil terjadi hiperlipidemia. Namun kadar lipid yang lebih tinggi didapati pada wanita hamil dengan preeklampsia. Tujuan: mengetahui bagaimana profil lipid pada kehamilan dengan preeklampsia periode 2011 di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Metode: Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan jumlah sampel 95 orang. Gambaran mengenai profil lipid yang didapat dari sampel tersebut nantinya akan disajikan dalam tabel distribusi. Hasil: Berdasarkan nilai rujukan di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, kadar kolesterol total pada kehamilan dengan preeklampsia meningkat pada 54.9% sampel dengan median 247 mg/dl. Kadar HDL pada kehamilan dengan preeklampsia meningkat pada 81.4% sampel dengan rata-rata 60 mg/dl. Kadar LDL pada kehamilan dengan preeklampsia meningkat pada 25.5% sampel dengan median 128 mg/dl. Kadar trigliserid pada kehamilan dengan preeklampsia meningkat pada 91.9% sampel dengan median 334 mg/dl. Kesimpulan: Pada pasien preeklampsia periode 2011 di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang sebagian besar didapat kolesterol total, HDL, dan trigliserid yang tinggi. Kadar LDL mengalami peningkatan yang tidak terlalu berperan. Peningkatan lipid darah yang terjadi paling banyak adalah peningkatan trigliserid.
