Abstract

In research on the design of a monitoring system, it requires a media to store the measurement data called a database which will be displayed on the website. The data stored in the database makes it easier for someone to do a track record, in facilitating the monitoring of the measurement data displayed on a website page that can be accessed at any time. The MLX90614 sensor is used as a body temperature measurement which is carried out automatically where the measurement results are displayed by the Seven Segment Shift Register 74HC595. So that data can be sent via the internet network, a microcontroller is needed that can be connected to the internet or Wi-Fi network. So it uses two microcontrollers, namely Arduino Uno and Node-MCU ESP32 as Wi�Fi modules. By using the K3 thermometer as a comparison, the design of the body temperature measuring instrument requires a calibration of 2.87°C and an accuracy of 96.41%. The accuracy obtained by the measuring instrument is not 100% got, because the K3 Thermometer in its use also requires calibration and the characteristics of the Infrared Sensor MLX90614 have an effect on the measurement distance, so a distancer for the object to be measured is the Ultrasonic Sensor HR�SC04.
