Abstract

Gejala-gejala hipertiroid membuat aktivitas meningkat dan metabolisme tubuh menjadi lebih cepat. Gambaran klinis berupa takikardia, keringat berlebih, gemetar, peningkatan frekuensi BAB, pertumbuhan kuku cepat, rambut rontok, kulit tipis, serta makan bertambah banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manifestasi klinis pasien hipertiroidisme di RSUP Dr. Mohamamd Hoesin Palembang tahun 2013. Metode: Jenis yang dilakukan bersifat cross-sectioncil, menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari catatan rekam medis semua pasien yang didiagnosis sebagai hipertiroidisme. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah semua individu yang datanya ditemukan dalam status atau rekam medis periode 23 Januari 2014-27 Januari 2014. Hasil: Dari 53 pasien yang diteliti, 22,64% mengalami tremor, 18,87% mengalami gelisah, 3,77% menderita rambut rontok dan kuku kering, 16,98% mengalami Penurunan Berat Badan dan kelelahan, 5,66% menderita kulit kering, emosional dan palpitasi. Kesimpulan: Dari 53 pasien hipertiroid, maka tremor paling banyak ditemukan yaitu 12 pasien (22,64%), gelisah sebanyak 10 pasien (18,87%), penurunan berat badan dan kelelahan sebanyak 18 pasien (16,98%).
