Abstract

This research aims to detennine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee perfomance in the production section of PT. lndofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Palembang.The population in this research is all of the production section employees which consist of 364 employees and the sample of this research used is Siovi's method. Therefore, the total of the sample are 77 employees in production section of PT. lndofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Palembang. This research is using primary data which obtained by spreading questionnaire and sample regression analysis method as a data analysis technique. The result of the research shows occupational safety and healthy have positive affected to employee perfomance.
