Abstract

Penggelapan pajak merupakan perbuatan melanggar undang undang perpajakan, misalnya wajib pajak menyampaikan atau melaporkan jumlah penghasilan yang lebih rendah daripada yang sebenarnya di dalam Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memberikan bukti empiris bagaimana pengaruh keadilan, diskriminasi, sistem perpajakan, dan teknologi informasi perpajakan terhadap persepsi etis WPOP terkait penggelapan pajak. Objek penelitian ini adalah WPOP yang memiliki pekerjaan bebas dan berwirausaha yang terdaftar di 4 Kantor Pelayanan Perpajakan Madya di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada tahun 2022. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, sebanyak 116 orang yang terpilih sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square, Uji Goodness of Fit, dan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan WarPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan, sistem perpajakan, dan teknologi informasi perpajakan berpengaruh negatif terhadap persepsi etis WPOP tekait penggelapan pajak, sedangkan variable diskriminasi berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi etis WPOP terkait penggelapan pajak.
