Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu laporan tahunan perusahaan. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan indeks LQ45 selama periode 2018-2020. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode puposive sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 72 sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan ERM, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas dan leverage secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara itu jika dilihat secara parsial, menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun pengungkapan ERM berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
