Abstract

In particular, the energy consumption of residential buildings is much higher than that of other types of buildings. There are a large number of buildings that consume a lot of energy, and some of them are under construction. "Green building" is one of the best practices in sustainable industrial development, including residential buildings. To meet policies on sustainable development and low-carbon economic strategies and to drive the transformation of real estate enterprise development, the market is turning to green residential buildings. Green residential buildings are the same as other residential buildings in general, which involve many stakeholders in the development process. However, green housing development is still in its early stages and there are many obstacles in its development process, such as the high difficulty level of new developments, a lack of experience, and financial incentives. The development of green residential buildings is one example of the application of development methods that prioritize energy and emission tolerances that are more efficient in the construction industry. The development of green residential buildings in the overall process is limited by the elements of the environment, resources, and capacity. To determine the factors of green housing development, stakeholders are needed to support research. An analytical method is required to support the research that will be conducted. Social networking is an analytical method whose research concentrates on certain relationships and is also often used to measure a relationship by visualizing some information individually.
