Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee competence on the performance of employees of the Social Service of Ogan Ilir Regency. The population in this study were all employees in the Social Service of Ogan Ilir Regency using a sample of 53 respondents. The data collection method used in the study was obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the competence of employees had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Social Service of Ogan Ilir Regency.
