Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of organizational activities on student achievement in economic education at Sriwijaya University in the 2018-2020 academic year. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of Sriwijaya University Economic Education in the 2018-2020 academic year, which amounted to 175 students. The sample data collection technique used was purposive sampling so that the sample in this study were active students of Economic Education at Sriwijaya University in the 2018-2020 academic year, totaling 82 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The hypothesis uses parametric statistics, namely the t test, based on the results of the t test, the value of t count > t table is 4,320 > 1,664 with a significance level of 0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of organizational activities on student achievement in economic education at Sriwijaya University in the 2018-2020 academic year. Suggestions in this study are that students should be more able to manage time in all activities and activities, both lecture activities and activities that are being followed.
