Abstract

Abstract This study aims to develop a sit-up test kit based on switch technology for the Pagaralam Proprov Futsal Team. The research method used by researchers is research and development. Development research subjects were divided into two groups. Small-scale group trials consisted of 15 athletes and large-scale group trials consisted of 30 athletes. The results showed that the switch technology-based sit-up test kit had a validity level of 94% for the percentage of test and exercise experts and 95% for IT experts, so the tool can be said to be feasible. The reliability level in the small group trial was 0.200 using the SPSS application in the High category. Whereas in the large group trial of 0.200 using the SPSS application in the High category so that it can be said that the level of reliability of the tool achieved in the large group test and small group test can be said to have a high level of reliability. It can be concluded that switch technology-based sit up aids have a significant effect when compared to conventional sit ups which are usually done. Switch-based sit up aids are also more practical to use in physical activity for both athletes and examiners in carrying out sit up tests. It is hoped that the switch-based sit up tool can be developed into a tool that can be used in every digital sit up test. The implication of this research is that it can be used as a reference for future researchers in the development of switch technology-based sit up test kits.
