Abstract

PENELITIAN INI BERTUJUAN UNTUK MENDESKRIPSIKAN IDENTIFIKASI EFIKASI DIRI MULTIKULTURAL KELAS VIII DI SMP MUHAMMADIYAH PRABUMULIH. POPULASI PADA PENELITIAN INI ADALAH SELURUH PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VIII DI SMP MUHAMMADIYAH PRABUMULIH SEBANYAK 117 PESERTA DIDIK. SAMPEL YANG DIAMBIL PADA PENELITIAN INI BERJUMLAH 91 PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK RANDOM SAMPLING. ALAT PENGUMPULAN DATA MENGGUNAKAN SKALA EFIKASI DIRI MULTIKULTURAL DENGAN VALIDITAS DAN RELIABILITAS. ANALISIS DATA YANG DIGUNAKAN ADALAH PRESENTASE. HASIL PENGOLAHAN DATA DIPEROLEH BAHWA EFIKASI DIRI MULTIKULTURAL PADA KELAS VIII SMP MUHAMMADIYAH PRABUMULIH, DARI 91 SAMPEL DITEMUKAN 5 PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN KATEGORI SANGAT TINGGI, 22 PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN KATEGORI TINGGI, 37 PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN KATEGORI SEDANG, 20PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN KATEGORI RENDAH, DAN 0 PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN KATEGORI SANGAT RENDAH. JIKA DILIHAT DARI PRESENTASE MENUNJUKKAN, 5% KATEGORI SANGAT TINGGI, 24% KATEGORI TINGGI, 41% KATEGORI SEDANG, 22% KATEGORI RENDAH, DAN 8% KATEGORI RENDAH. BERDASARKAN DARI PENELITIAN INI, DAPAT DISIMPULKAN BAHWA, EFIKASI DIRI MULTIKULTURAL PADA PESERTA DIDIK BERADA PADA KATEGORI SEDANG.
