Abstract

Mining area of PT. Bima Putra Abadi Citranusa consists of 8 Fleet. Planning for work operations in June 2022 for Fleet 1 and Fleet 2 is stripping the overburden. The production targets set to be achieved from Fleet 1 and Fleet 2 are 158,600 bcm and 102,800 bcm, respectively. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize productivity as well as the willingness and use of digging and loading equipment to increase production achievement in June 2022 and find out the inhibiting factors in achieving production targets at PT. Bima Putra Abadi Citranusa. Based on the calculation results, it was found that the actual productivity for Fleet 1 on the production target set in June 2022 was 158,600 bcm, still not achieved. The Dosan DX800LC excavator is only able to produce 112,622.15 bcm (71.01%), while the Sany SKT 90 S dump truck is 106.954.49 bcm (67.44%). The same thing happened to Fleet 2 which was also unable to achieve the production target set (planned) of 102,800 bcm. The CAT 345GC excavator is only able to produce 76,748.81 bcm (74.66%) and the Mercedes Benz Axor 3336K dump truck is 78,557.36 bcm (76.42%). Factors that affect the production and performance of mechanical equipment are work efficiency that is too small due to the many obstacles during production and the condition of the digging and loading equipment and transportation equipment. Efforts are being made to increase production by minimizing avoidable obstacles. After repairing work barriers, the production target can be achieved.
