Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of capital expenditure variable and road length infrastructure to Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) in Palembang City, Prabumulih City, Pagaralam City and Lubuklinggau City using secondary data whose data arc listed on tne onicial website of Directorate General Tax and Finance and Central Bureau of Statistics . The result of panel data estimation by Random Effect method shows that capital expenditure has positive and significant effect to Domestic Regional Products Bruto. While the road lenght infrastructure has a negative and significant effect to the GRDP. The value of coefficient of determination R- 2 amounted to 0.993619 which means that the variation of this variable in determining the Domestic Regional Products Bruto is very strong.
