Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of Net Foreign Assets, Reserve Requirement, and Government Expenditures on Base Money Growth in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the publication of Bank Indonesia with the period of 1991-2016. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression which is estimated by Ordinary Least Square method. The results show that Net Foreign Assets, Reserve Requirement, and Government Expenditures together significantly affect the growth of Base Money in Indonesia. The partial Government Expenditure variable does not significantly affect the growth of Base Money in Indonesia, while Net Foreign Assets and Reserve Requirement significantly affect the growth of Base Money in Indonesia. Net Foreign Assets and Reserve Requirements variables positively affect the growth of Base Money in Indonesia. The influence of Net Foreign Assets and Reserve Requirement to Base Money Growth in Indonesia is positive.
