Abstract

PT. Hafiz Jaya Infotama is an internet service provider company which aim to give the latest internet service in Lampung province. As a company, marketing process of the internet service is not managed properly and doesn’t cover wider community, so PT. Hafiz Jaya Infotama needed to be selective in doing the marketing process to reach the right market with an effective budget. In this research the media that is going to be used to market the product is online media, with using simple multi attribute rating technique as tools to help in deciding the criteria along with weight and calculation of recommended online media. The end of the result of this research is the application of decision support system based on website.
