Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan teknis dan finansial sistem perontok padi yang digunakan di Sumatera Selatan terkhusus di Kecamatan Muara Telang, Kecamatan Inderalaya dan Kecamatan Pemulutan. dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2012 sampai Juli 2013 Berdasarkan hasil analisis teknis yang diperoleh kapasitas efektif untuk perontokan padi gebot sebesar 14,68 kg/jam, kapasitas efektifpower thresher bensin 1930,5kg / hari, dan power thresher diesel 1055,4 kg/hari. Kehilangan terjadi pada sistem gebot sebesar 7,01%, power thresher bensin sebesar 0,78% dan power thresher diesel sebesar 1,38%. Pada analisis finansial diperoleh biaya total rata-rata Penelitian ini per tahun dikeluarkan pada sistem perontok gebot sebesar Rp. 3.530.998, power thresher bensin sebesar Rp. 3.102.000 dan untuk power thresher diesel sebesar Rp. 3.438.600. nilai NPV yang dicapai perontok gebot sebesar Rp. 13.456.429/tahun, power thresher bensin sebesar Rp. 33.352.600/tahun dan power thresher diesel sebesar Rp. 33.623.055/tahun. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan Net benefit cost (Net B/C) untuk sistem perontok gebot 4, untuk power thresher bensin 7,8 dan power thresher diesel 6,8.
