Abstract

Being a new standard for technological development today certainly makes every field will continue to adapt in this modern era. Included in the field of marketing that each generation becomes important to be able to transact directly to consumers who need products. In Sriwijaya University in particular, it becomes a habits for students whose outsider to look for the nearest residential area on the Indralaya. In order to be seen by students who want to find a dorm room or rent room that can be used as a reference for a place according to the wanted category, the owner of dorm room should market the dorm rooms so that it can be placed by and benefited. In addition to getting a focus on new customers who are looking for new dorm rooms, boarding houses also have to pay attention to other factors, namely the container to maintain relationships with local customers. The container can be a communication media between the owner and local customers by providing media complaints and feedback in order to know the wishes of local customers. E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) system is an information system that supports data integration to maintain the needs of customers who buy these products and can be applied in this field that allows local customers to communicate with the owner as the selling value of the dorm rooms. Many benefits are provided from CRM applications, such as boarding house owners can reach local customer needs, as a media complaint for consumers, and promotion of the boarding house. With the implementation of CRM, there will be customer loyalty towards boarding houses in the Indralaya area.
