Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Digital Branding PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Pada Akun Instagram @lifewithbsi”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas atau kegiatan digital branding yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia pada akun Instagram @lifewithbsi. Dalam penelitian ini, teori yang digunakan yaitu teori digital branding yang dikemukakan oleh Landa yang didalamnya terdapat empat dimensi aktivitas dalam Digital Branding. Dimensi tersebut meliputi: Pembeda, Promosi dan Daya Tarik, Pembangun Citra, dan Pengendali Pasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan jenis data deskriptif yaitu suatu bentuk penelitian yang meliputi proses pengumpulan data dan penyusunan data. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ke-empat dimensi pada teori Digital Branding telah dilaksanakan dengan baik.
