Abstract
Good governance, decentralization, and economic growth are a global phenomenon. How do we understand interrelation this concept under decentralization policy in Indonesia? This paper seek to (a) explain the substantive meaning of good governance, economic growth, and decentralization; (b) exploring the inter-linkage between them; and (c) formulate several strategy deal with strengthening good governance to promoting economic growth under decentralization circumstance. This paper argues that good governance will drive citizen?s participation, triggering local economic growth, and promote local democratization.
