Abstract

Optic disk merupakan salah satu bagian retina yang penting untuk diamati dalam mendiagnosa penyakit retina. Sebelum penyakit retina dapat di diagnosa melalui optic disk, hal pertama yang penting ialah melakukan pendeteksian daerah optic disk. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan membahas pendekatan baru dalam mendeteksi daerah optik disk. Pendekatan tersebut melalui proses multi komplemen dan gabungan metode deteksi tepi prewitt dan circular hough transform. Dengan proses multi komplemen, citra pra pemrosesan dapat menghasilkan struktur optic disk yang lebih jelas. Dimana proses tersebut digunakan ketika citra telah dikonversi ke mode grayscale dan setelah proses morfologi opening. Pada tugas akhir ini menggunakan dataset Digital Retinal Images for Vessel Extraction (DRIVE) dimana hasil akurasi yang didapat ialah sebesar 85,0% sehingga metode ini cukup baik digunakan untuk proses lebih lanjut seperti penghapusan optic disk dalam pendeteksian pembuluh darah dan proses pendeteksian penyakit retina.
