Abstract

Basically, each information system development aims at improving the performance of currently used systems. However, a lot of service qualities from information system development are still in doubt. Therefore, an accurate and trusted method to measure quality of implemented information system service is required. This paper aims at analyzing the use of servqual method in measuring quality of existing information system service. By applying stages described, management will recognize quality level of information system being used and will be able to give correction to improve service quality.
