The method of analysis of this study using univariate, bivariate analysis, with chi-square and multivariate test using multiple logistic regression test prediction model. Results: This study found that elderly people who utilize health services for outpatient care were 993 (18.6%) and the elderly who utilized health services for inpatient was 222 (4.2%). Predictors for the most dominant outpatient utilization were influenced by a perceived health. The PR score was 0,38 (95% CI: 0,33-0,44) after controlled by other variables.
