Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of PPKn teachers who have passed certification at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya, Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. qualitative descriptive research with social situations. Three informants in this study were obtained using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques with documentation, interviews, and observations. Test the validity of the data by credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the performance of PPKn teachers who have passed certification at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya, Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency is quite good, based on the results of both documentation, interviews and observations that have been conducted by previous researchers.
