In the input evaluation consisting of untrained human resources and not having an occupational safety and health education background, the budget is still limited the program is already running, Facilities and Infrastructure there are still health centers that still lack facilities and infrastructure. In the process evaluation consisting of planning at the beginning of the year, the target of the occupational safety and health program is to reduce work-related accidents and occupational diseases for patients, officers and other visitors and obstacles found in the health center there are still officers who do not understand the importance of the program. In the product evaluation, the results achieved by the OHS program are clear, but several obstacles remain.
