Abstract

This research aims to determine The Effects of Work Motivation on Employees Performance in PT Thamrin Brothers Sako, Palembang branch. This study used quantitative methods with questionnaire as research instruments. The population in this study were all Employees with a total of 40 people. This research uses census sampling technique. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that on the work motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on Employees Performance in PT Thamrin Brothers Sako, Palembang branch. From the aspects that have been researched, the company's management should pay more attention and to be able to continues to evaluate and provide support and enthusiasm for employee performance so that in the future employee performance can increase.
